NityaAbhyasa is a study-planning and productivity app that helps users manage tasks, routines, exams, focus sessions, reminders, goals, streaks and achievements.

Because no online account is created, there is no NityaAbhyasa account to delete.
NityaAbhyasa allows you to create and restore a .nityaabhyasa backup file.
A backup may contain the study information and preferences stored in the App.
Backup creation and restoration are initiated by you through Android’s system file picker. You choose where the file is saved or which file is restored.

NityaAbhyasa does not automatically upload backup files to servers controlled by us.
If you use a third-party storage provider, that provider handles the file according to its own privacy policy.
Backup files may contain personal study information. Store them securely and share them only with people you trust.
Deleting App data or uninstalling NityaAbhyasa does not automatically delete backup files saved outside the App.
You can delete locally stored information by:
Deleting all app data may permanently remove tasks, routines, exams, notes, focus history, progress, achievements and preferences.
Because the information is not stored on our servers, we generally cannot recover it after deletion.
Backup files saved outside the App must be deleted separately.
The App may include a feedback option that opens your email application.

NityaAbhyasa may use the following Android features:
Notifications Used for study reminders, routine alerts, exam reminders, focus timers and break timers. You can disable notifications through Android settings.
Alarms and reminders Used to deliver alerts at times selected by you. Some Android versions may require special alarm access.
Device restart access Used to restore scheduled reminders after the device restarts.
File picker access Used only when you choose to create or restore a backup file. The App accesses only the file or destination you select.
Internet access May be used to open:
Your study information is not automatically uploaded to us merely because the App has internet access.
The current version of NityaAbhyasa does not use:
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve the App.
Firebase Analytics is not used to collect the contents of your study notes, task descriptions, exam names, reminder text, backup files or other personal study content.
The App does not currently use Firebase Crashlytics. If crash reporting, advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, login or cloud sync are added later, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Your locally stored study content, such as tasks, notes, routines, exams and backup files, is not sold, rented or traded.
Since Firebase Analytics is enabled, general app usage and device-related analytics information may be processed by Google/Firebase to provide analytics services. We do not use Firebase Analytics to send the contents of your study notes, task descriptions, reminder text, exam names or backup files.
Information may be processed independently by Android, Google Play, email providers, storage providers or device manufacturers when you use their services.
We take reasonable steps to minimise unnecessary data handling. However, no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

NityaAbhyasa is intended for users aged 13 years and above.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts, advertising systems or developer-controlled servers.
Firebase Analytics may collect general app usage and device-related analytics information, but NityaAbhyasa does not use Firebase Analytics to collect study notes, task text, exam names, reminder text, backup file contents or other personal study content.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has sent personal information through feedback email may contact us to request deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy when App features, permissions, third-party services, data practices, legal requirements or Google Play requirements change.
The revised policy will display a new “Last updated” date.
