Rutulaya is a menstrual cycle tracking and wellness app. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data Rutulaya collects, how it is used, and your rights over your data.
Rutulaya collects the following data that you voluntarily enter:
We do NOT collect: location data, contacts, camera or microphone access, or any data beyond what you explicitly enter in the app.
All your data is stored exclusively on your device using a local database. Rutulaya does not upload your data to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Backup files (.Rutulaya) created by you are stored in your chosen location (local storage, Google Drive, etc.) and are entirely under your control.
Rutulaya does not share your data with any third parties.
The only external service used is Google Play Billing for Premium subscriptions. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that transaction. Rutulaya does not receive or store any payment information.

Rutulaya is a wellness tracking app and is not a medical device. Rutulaya does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Information and predictions provided by Rutulaya are for general wellness and educational purposes only. They should not replace professional medical advice.
Do not rely on Rutulaya’s cycle predictions for contraception. Natural family planning requires professional guidance.
You can delete all your data at any time: Settings → Backup & Restore → Delete All Data
This permanently removes all logs and notes from your device.
Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.
Rutulaya is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app under Settings → About → Privacy Policy, and at this URL.
